Returns and Delivery
Doc Locks ship to all Uk destinations.
You will notified of delivery costs at the point of checkout. We use 24 hr couriers to deliver our products. Delivery is available Mon- Fri. Our couriers may need a signature to complete delivery, they operate between the hours of 9am – 5pm, please make sure you specify a delivery address that can accept parcels between these times. All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, depending on courier and stock availability.
If you do not receive your delivery in the time expected then please contact us via email or telephone, we will do everything possible to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
We are sure you will be happy with your order. There may however be times when you will need to return an item. These cases will be handled as quick as possible.
If you are not happy with a product or you have changed your mind, then please contact us via email or by telephone on 01634 560739.
For returns you will need to adhere to the following:
- Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order, of your intentions to return.
- All products should be returned in the same condition you received them in.
- You will have to pay for the return postage back to us.
- Please use a delivery service that needs a signature on receipt.
All returns should be sent to Doc Locks, 59 High St, Rainham, Kent, ME8 7HS. Once we have received your items back, we have inspected the product/s and are happy of the condition, we will refund you within 30 days. Please note: you will be responsible for the products until they reach us safely.
We will ensure that your order is appropriately packaged for transit. If, however, there are damages in your order please contact us immediately so that we can arrange redelivery of the damaged items. Photographic evidence may be required.
In the event of our products reaching you damaged we will send replacements out at our own expense.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
